Radha Dharmaraajan
I was born and raised in Chennai, India. Over a period of time, I drew a lot of inspiration from my mom, mother in law, and my extended family cooking authentic South Indian dishes. One of the important lessons I learnt from them is love is the most important ingredient, which makes a good food even better. I follow this lesson with my heart and I assure you, you will taste the love in each one of my dishes. After I moved to the US, I started experimenting with a lot of different cuisines. I learnt from my own mistakes. I use this learning to perfect my cooking. I feel exalted when others enjoy my dishes and appreciate me. My passion is to create dishes with an emphasis on using quality ingredients where possible. I am excited to share the same with the rest of the community. I have obtained a food safety certificate from an ANSI-accredited food safety training provider.

Born and raised in Chennai, India, I’ve always been a foodie at heart, with my passion for cooking ignited at a young age, inspired by my mom. After moving to the U.S., I continued to nurture this passion, focusing on sustainable, wholesome, and nutritious food. With over 15 years of experience volunteering in temple kitchens in both NJ and CA, I've had the privilege of cooking at scale while giving back to the community. My journey has been supported every step of the way by my wife and kids, who have also encouraged me to explore a variety of cuisines. Cooking for friends and family brings me immense satisfaction, and I’m proud to be a fully certified CA Serv Safe food handler.
